As the founder and owner of BiLinguix®, I serve as director and administrator for the English, Spanish, German, French and Mandarin programs.
I am a fully bilingual and bicultural native Spanish communications professional from Emerson College in Boston, a Harvard graduate in Management (Policy, Planning and Operations) and have recently completed Sociology studies at Princeton University. I am originally from Colombia, South America and have lived in the United States, my beloved amazing adoptive home, for about 20 years!
Ruth - Spanish Teacher
I am a native Spanish speaker. I've been teaching Spanish since 2007 in the following schools:
"Hi, my name is Shu-Fen and I am a native Mandarin speaker, born and raised in Taiwan. I earned my bachelor degree in education in Taiwan and worked as a high school English teacher from 2006-2011. I moved to the United States in December 2011 to marry my husband. Also, I have recently completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mercer University in Atlanta.
In addition to my experience as an associate at World Financial Group, helping families and individuals create customized financial planning and insurance policies, I have a passion for assisting adults and children who need help with language learning (English and Mandarin).
Global vision is an essential element for people to prepare themselves as leaders in this generation. The world is becoming smaller and I regard it as a pleasure to connect people from different parts of the world through language learning."
“My name is Ginger and I'm a trilingual young professional with a life-long passion for education. I received my bachelor's degree, highest honors, in Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Tech, and afterward I taught biology and Mandarin Chinese at an independent boarding school in north Georgia and at a state-funded summer program in New Hampshire.
I speak English, Mandarin Chinese, and Spanish. I love to learn new things, and I love to help other people learn as well. I strive to help all students reach their potential so that they can have the opportunity to impact the world in a positive way of their own making.
I believe that it is vital for people of all ages to be well-rounded and well-traveled in order to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the world. I have a scientific mind and outlook, but I also enjoy experiencing and creating all forms of art, especially music and cinema. I played violin and piano for several years (and still do), and I have traveled all over the world.”
"Hello, my name is Barbara and I’m originally from Frankfurt am Main in Germany.
I earned a Master Degree in Romanic and German Philology from J.W. Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. I was fortunate to spend one semester at the University in Salamanca, Spain where I polished my knowledge of Spanish language and culture.
Since I was a little girl, I always was very curious to learn other languages and explore foreign cultures. I believe knowing foreign languages opens so many opportunities and expands our horizons.
I moved to USA in 2001. Teaching was always my passion. I have taught Spanish and German in Dallas, TX and Atlanta. I love my job and really enjoy interacting with my students. I use my extended travel experience to make my lessons more colorful and talk about the cultural aspects as well. In my free time I love to spend time with my 11 years old daughter, travel, read, cook and dance."
